1. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions:

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Trippi, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Trippi's Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

3. License

Unless otherwise stated, Trippi and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Trippi. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Trippi for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Trippi
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Trippi
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Trippi
• Redistribute content from Trippi

4. User Comments

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Trippi does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Trippi,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Trippi shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

5. Operator Eligibility & Onboarding Roadmap

To assure a high standard of service, all vehicle operators wishing to receive bookings through Trippi must strictly adhere to our onboarding guidelines:

• Roadmap Completion: Operators must complete all steps of the Onboarding Roadmap (Profile setup, KYC documentation, Bank account verification, Fleet verification, Account operational settings, and Subscription plan selection).
• KYC & Vehicle Audits: Operators must pass document audits (Company Registration, PAN, Aadhaar) and their registered vehicles must have valid Insurance, RC, and appropriate commercial permits.
• Go Online Access: Trippi dynamically restricts an operator from turning their status "Online" if administrative verification is pending, documentation is missing, or a subscription has lapsed.

6. Payments & Financial Structure

Trippi operates on a split-payment model to ensure security for both parties:

• Advance Payment: An advance amount, as specified by the Operator, is paid through the Trippi platform at the time of booking.
• Non-Refundable Fee: Within the advance payment, a sum of **Rs. 1000 + GST** is strictly non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as per our Cancellation Policy.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining total trip cost must be paid directly by the Client to the Operator/Driver at the end of the trip via cash or mutually agreed digital methods.

Our payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay). We are not responsible for any errors or issues caused by the payment processor.

7. Trip Verification & Security (OTP)

To ensure the security of the transaction and confirm the actual commencement of service, Trippi employs a mandatory **6-digit One-Time Password (OTP)** system:

• Upon successful booking, a unique OTP is generated and displayed on the Client's confirmation page.
• The Client is **strictly responsible** for providing this OTP to the Driver/Operator at the point of pickup.
• A trip is only considered "Started" in our system once the Driver enters the correct OTP. Failure to provide the OTP may result in the trip being marked as a "No-Show," and the advance payment may be forfeited.

8. Platform Escrow Model

Trippi acts as an **Escrow Intermediary** for the advance payment:

• The advance payment is held securely by Trippi and is not immediately accessible to the Operator.
• The funds are only released to the Operator's "Withdrawable Balance" after the trip is successfully marked as **Completed** in the system.
• In case of disputes, Trippi reserves the right to hold the escrowed funds until a resolution is reached between the Client and the Operator.

9. Taxes & GST Responsibility

Trippi is an aggregator platform and does not provide transportation services directly.

• **Operator Responsibility:** The Operator is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable tax laws, including but not limited to GST registration and payment.
• **Invoicing:** Proper tax invoices for the full trip amount must be issued by the Operator/Driver to the Client. Trippi does not issue GST invoices for the transportation service itself.

10. Offline Bookings Disclaimer

Operators may manually add "Offline Bookings" to manage their fleet availability.

• Trippi's **Escrow Service** and **OTP Verification** do NOT apply to offline bookings.
• Payments, quality of service, and dispute resolution for offline bookings are strictly between the Client and the Operator. Trippi holds zero liability for such transactions.
• Cancellations for offline bookings are also managed directly between the parties.

11. Estimated Arrival Times & Travel Routing

Any Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) or travel duration displayed during the booking process or on the platform is automatically generated using third-party routing APIs (e.g., Open Source Routing Machine). These are approximate estimates based strictly on ideal driving distances.

• No Traffic Adjustments: The estimated times do not account for real-time traffic conditions, roadblocks, weather delays, or driver rest stops.
• Non-Binding: These estimates are provided solely as a planning tool for convenience. Trippi guarantees neither the exact arrival times nor the chosen routes.
• Operator Discretion: The actual travel duration and route taken remain subject to the assigned Driver's professional discretion based on on-ground conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

Trippi is an intermediary aggregator. While we perform KYC verification on Operators and Drivers, we do not own, operate, or control the vehicles. Trippi shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from the acts or omissions of the Operator or Driver during the trip.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
