The Value Proposition

Trippi operates as a two-sided marketplace (aggregator platform) specifically designed for the unorganized charter vehicle industry in India.

For Customers: Instant quotes, secure online booking, verified fleets, and standardized pricing for group travel (buses, tempo travellers, etc.).
For Operators: Digital presence, automated lead generation, guaranteed advance payments via escrow, and tools to manage their fleet operations.

Revenue Streams

Trippi does not own vehicles. Revenue is generated through platform usage and transaction facilitation.

Zero Commissions & Zero Booking Fees: Trippi takes zero commission on bookings and charges no booking fees. Operators keep 100% of their trip earnings.
Subscription Plans: We operate on a pure subscription model. Fleet operators pay a fixed recurring subscription fee to access the platform, list their vehicles, and receive unlimited bookings.
GST Collection Support: Operators with valid GST numbers can enable automatic GST collection (5%) directly from customers through their dashboard, keeping them compliant with government regulations.

How The Transaction Works

Discovery & Booking

Customer inputs trip details, compares available verified vehicles, and proceeds to book by paying an Advance Amount through Trippi's secure payment gateway.

Escrow & OTP Security

The full advance payment is held securely in Escrow. The Customer receives a 6-digit OTP which must be shared with the driver to officially start the trip.

Fulfillment & Settlement

Customer pays the remaining balance directly to the Operator at the end of the trip. Once the trip completes successfully, Trippi releases the escrowed advance to the Operator's wallet.

Trust & Safety Core

The entire model is underpinned by rigorous Operator KYC, vehicle audits, and the OTP verification system. This ensures customers don't face "no-shows" and operators are protected from fake bookings, making Trippi the most reliable marketplace in the charter space.
